5 questions/Mixed/Multiple Choice
Familiar creatures, surprising details.
Start with zebras and tadpoles, then discover why an octopus or wombat deserves a closer look. The questions cover habitats only indirectly; the main challenge is recognising animal groups, anatomy and distinctive traits. For younger players, read every choice slowly and let them point before anyone answers. Follow a surprising fact about an octopus, wombat or whale with one optional question about its body or behaviour; the quiz becomes a short shared discovery rather than a memory test.
Choose Easy when younger players join, and read the choices aloud. Let a surprising answer lead to a follow-up question.
Make this round work for your group.
10–20 minutes

Good to know
Is it only about wild animals?
The collection includes familiar animals as well as ocean creatures and less familiar species. No animal images or sound recognition are required.
Will questions repeat?
There are 15 questions in this topic: five at each difficulty. A round never repeats a question. New rounds shuffle the collection, so questions can return across rounds.
Can we play together on different phones?
This version runs a round on one shared screen. It does not create online rooms or sync scores between devices.
