10 cards/Any Group/Light

Get to know someone in twenty-one turns.

Follow a sequence that begins with food and free afternoons, then moves toward friendship, lessons and hopes for the year ahead. This version of 21 Questions is a getting-to-know-you game, with a visible finish after the twenty-first prompt. Treat the sequence as a gradual warm-up: answer the easy food and free-time questions first, then pause before the values and future prompts. A player can pass without explanation, and switching roles after question 21 gives both people equal space.

Let follow-up questions happen, but avoid rushing to finish all 21. The counter is a guide, not a deadline.

Good to know

Is this the object-guessing game?

No. This version asks 21 personal conversation questions. It does not use yes/no clues to guess a secret object.

Does a skipped question count?

Yes. Skipping advances the sequence, so everyone reaches the same twenty-first question without having to answer something uncomfortable.

Can more than two people play?

Yes. Choose one answerer at a time or let the group answer in turn. Keep the order visible so each person gets a complete set of questions.

Do we have to finish all 21 questions?

No. The counter marks the end of a full set, but you can stop after any prompt and continue another day.

How personal are the later questions?

They move toward values, lessons and future plans. A host should remind everyone that passing is always acceptable.
